










Agomeze Saint Chukwuemeka is a Nigerian entrepreneur, human resource strategist, and youth development practitioner whose work spans enterprise building, workforce development, and social reform. His career reflects a sustained commitment to aligning economic opportunity with social inclusion, particularly within Nigeria’s large and youthful population.
He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Saint HR Solutions, an education and workforce placement platform focused on equipping young people with practical, job-ready skills and connecting them to structured employment opportunities. His work in human capital development emphasizes bridging the gap between employers’ needs and emerging talent, contributing to more efficient workforce pipelines across sectors.
Agomeze’s professional experience cuts across multiple industries, including housing, logistics, hospitality, creative services, media, and clean mobility. He is the founder of Saint Heaven Homes (Akoka Hostels), a student housing initiative providing affordable accommodation in Lagos, and Saint Logistics, a delivery and mobility service. He also leads The Imagineers, a creative studio focused on brand strategy and storytelling. In addition, he holds senior roles across established organizations, including Head of Sales at Metropolitan Electric, an electric vehicle solutions company, Business Development Manager at Balmoral Group, Head of Creative at Afrotainment Production, Head of Creative at Base FM, and afrotainment production.
Beyond commercial enterprise, Agomeze has played a visible role in youth development and civic engagement. He is the Founder and Convener of Gen Z Involvement in a New Nigeria (GiNN), a national platform advancing youth participation across education, entrepreneurship, governance, culture, technology, and social development. Through GiNN, he has contributed to conversations on youth inclusion, leadership development, and national renewal.
He also leads the Agomeze Saint Empowerment Foundation, where his work focuses on social reintegration, access to opportunity, and justice-oriented interventions. The foundation has implemented prison outreach and rehabilitation initiatives, supported skills development for incarcerated individuals, and facilitated interventions addressing wrongful detention and reintegration into society.
Agomeze is a graduate of the University of Lagos (UNILAG), where his leadership trajectory began. During his undergraduate years, he combined academic excellence with student leadership and enterprise development, earning multiple scholarships and founding student-run ventures that remain active within the university community. He executed numerous institutional and personal projects and held several leadership roles across faculty, hall, cultural, academic, and professional associations. His contributions to student welfare were formally recognized with the traditional title “Ichie Aka Ji Mba” by the Igbo Students’ Union.
Following university, Agomeze expanded his engagement beyond the private sector into public service and policy advocacy. He has served as the only corps member on the National NYSC Reform Committee, representing corps members nationwide. These roles positioned him at the intersection of youth policy, institutional reform, and stakeholder engagement.
He is a TEDx speaker, trained in project management, and has completed executive entrepreneurship programs in partnership with institutions such as Fate Foundation, he finished his project management course at Gidi Creative in collaboration with henley business school, He has also delivered entrepreneurship and leadership programs within academic and professional settings like Lagos Business school and University of lagos business school. His work and contributions have been recognized through several awards spanning academic excellence, entrepreneurship, and youth leadership.
