GiNN 5.0 – The Nigeria Dream

GiNN 5.0: “The Nigeria Dream” — A New Chapter for Youth Leadership

Gen-Z Involvement in a New Nigeria (GiNN) returns with its most ambitious edition yet: GiNN 5.0, themed “The Nigeria Dream.” This landmark edition is set to energize young Nigerians around a powerful vision of leadership, hope, and national contribution.

Date & Venue

  • 🗓 Date: May 30, 2026

  • Venue: To be officially confirmed by organizers (locations are typically major event centers in Lagos or Abuja)
GiNN 5.0 is poised to be the largest gathering in the movement’s history, with thousands of youth participants expected from across Nigeria.

Theme: “The Nigeria Dream”

GiNN 5.0 centers on the idea that Nigeria’s future is shaped not by pessimism, but by the creativity, leadership, and civic participation of its young people. The theme “The Nigeria Dream” challenges prevailing narratives of hopelessness by encouraging youth to embrace their role as key contributors to national development — from governance to enterprise, innovation to community impact.

Organizers emphasize that this edition will be a national conversation on youth purpose, responsibility, and influence, aiming to restore confidence in Nigeria’s potential and counter disengagement driven by economic and social pressures.

Vision & Mission

GiNN 5.0 continues the movement’s core mission:

  • Empower young Nigerians to lead purposefully

  • Encourage active civic participation

  • Equip youths with tools for impact

  • Connect young leaders with role models and industry thinkers

The convener, Agomeze Saint Chukwuemeka, continues to advocate that Nigeria’s transformation depends on youth ownership of systems and decisions that shape society. Since its launch, GiNN has evolved from a small youth gathering into a nationally recognised platform for youth activism and leadership development.

Speakers & Participants (Expected)
