Gen Z Involvement in a New Nigeria (GiNN) is a youth-driven movement committed to reimagining Nigeria’s future by placing young people at the center of national development, leadership, and innovation.
Founded on the belief that Nigeria’s greatest asset is its youth, GiNN exists to mobilize, educate, connect, and empower Gen Z Nigerians to actively participate in shaping a progressive, inclusive, and prosperous nation.

What We Do
1. Youth Engagement & Dialogue We create safe and influential spaces, conferences, town halls, forums, and digital conversations, where young Nigerians engage leaders, policymakers, industry experts, and one another on issues shaping the nation.
2. Leadership & Capacity Building Through trainings, mentorship, and curated programs, GiNN equips young people with the skills, mindset, and confidence required to lead in business, governance, and social impact.
3. Policy & Civic Participation GiNN bridges the gap between young people and governance by encouraging informed participation in civic processes and amplifying Gen Z perspectives in national conversations.
4. Innovation, Business & Creativity We spotlight young entrepreneurs, creators, and innovators, fostering collaboration, visibility, and access to opportunities that drive economic growth and social change.

Since inception, GiNN has convened thousands of young Nigerians across multiple editions, partnered with public and private sector stakeholders, and sparked conversations that move beyond talk to action shaping mindsets, policies, and futures.
